Service Advisor Wanted – Join Our Amazing Automotive Repair Shop!
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends & Holidays Off!)
Compensation: Based on Experience + Benefits.

Are you a proven leader who knows how to keep customers happy and cars running right? Our busy 6-bay independent local, family owned auto repair shop is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who brings strong leadership, excellent customer service, and solid automotive knowledge to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate our team of highly experienced technicians.
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care.
- Write and manage accurate, detailed repair tickets.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the shop.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience writing and managing auto repair orders.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
